I tend to change my mind when decorating, so I tried this in two different spots before deciding where it belonged. Keeping the other details simple made the arrangement feel more natural.

My home has a mixture of inherited furniture and newer finds. I did not want everything to match, just to feel comfortable together. This adds to that mix without becoming the centre of attention.
